Puzzlr ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Puzzlr app and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Puzzlr does not require an account and does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location.

The following data may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated into the app:

Usage analytics — anonymized event data (e.g. puzzles started, completed, packs viewed) collected via Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the app is used.
Advertising data — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
Crash and performance data — anonymized diagnostic information to help us identify and fix issues.

All game progress and coin balances are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Puzzlr uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase — analytics and remote configuration
Google AdMob — advertising
Apple — App Store distribution and in-app review

Children's Privacy

Puzzlr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Data Retention

Analytics data collected through Firebase is retained according to Google's standard data retention policies. Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app.

Your Choices

You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
