Puzzlr is a puzzle game for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
Puzzlr uses a virtual coin system. Coins are earned by completing puzzles and have no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the coin economy at any time.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Puzzlr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The artwork featured in puzzles consists of public domain works reproduced for entertainment purposes.
The App displays advertisements served by third-party networks including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzlr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data or virtual coins.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
